How do I adjust the watch band to fit my wrist?
Enlexx Wooden Watches are made to fit all wrist sizes. The wooden strap can be easily adjusted to just your size by removing or adding band links. Each watch is supplied with extension links and small screwdrivers that allow the to be adjusted conveniently at home, too.
What type of wood is used to manufacture the watches?
We use only high quality sustainable wood. The specific wood type depends on the model and may range from Ebony, Curly Birch and Walnut along many other premium wood materials. The wooden parts are treated lightly with wood treatment oil to maintain natural shine and moisture.

Are the watches water proof?

However, it's essential to note that they're not meant for complete submersion underwater.

Will I have any allergies to my wood watch?
Enlexx watches use only 100% natural wood and we refrain from the use of toxic chemicals to either treat or protect the wood.
For any client that experiences discomfort (itching or rash) on their wrist after wearing a Enlexx watch, we suggest you stop wearing the watch and consult your doctor.

How can I care for my watch to prevent cracking and increase durability?
With proper care, your wood watch can be worn for many years to come.
The biggest enemy of wood is sudden changes in temperature and humidity. This means if you leave your watch in a car on a hot sunny day, the high temperature has the ability to swell the wood and cause it to crack. Same with leaving it in the car on a particularly cold day or night, the cold will shrink the wood, putting pressure against the glass and pins and could cause breakage at those points.
Humidity control is also important. Too much and the wood will absorb the water and swell, too little and it will dry out the wood and shrink. Swelling and shrinking increase the possibility of cracking at the time and in the future.
SO, when you are not wearing your watch be sure that it is inside, and also protected in either its original packaging OR in a watch or jewelry box to protect it from an overly wet or dry environment.
Additionally, the best thing you can do for the wood of your watch is make sure it is properly conditioned, protecting the wood from the elements. We recommend Tung Oil or Lemon oil both of which can be found at hardware stores, or online.
Using a soft cloth, pour 1 teaspoon of your chosen oil on to the cloth and then use the cloth over the surface of the wood, buffing slightly. This will aid in keeping your watch clean and conditioned and will increase the luster.

How do I get my Own Handwriting Engraved?
Please select "Yes" on Engraving options to place order. After you place the order, please take a photo of your handwriting on a piece of plain paper with good lighting send to us with your order number to support@enlexx.com , please be aware of the shape of watch back to get better layout.
Can the colors differ from the photos?
As all of our watches are made of natural wood, each watch has its own unique pattern and will therefore differ slightly from the pictures. This makes each piece truly unique.

Can my Enlexx wooden watches be engraved with a custom message or logo?
Yes! Each Enlexx can be engraved with a personal message of up to 60 characters on the backplate of the watch and be done during your order.
How long does it take to engrave my Enlexx wooden watch?
Please note that when you order a product with a custom engraving, we need some extra time to prepare it for shipment. This usually takes 2 business days.
I ordered a product but made a mistake in the engraving. What should I do?
Before ordering, please double check your spelling and capitalization as our high-precision laser will engrave exactly what you typed during the order process! If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible by support@enlexx.com.
Can I return a product with an engraving?
Products that are personalized with an engraving have a separate return policy. Returning an engraved product is possible within 30 days from the day of receipt. After informing us about your return decision, you have 14 days to return the product. Please note that the cost of the engraving cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer unless in the case of a manufacturing error or a product defect. In case you wish to exchange your product and add an engraving to the new product, the costs of the engraving need to be paid in full.

Do you accept last minute order?
Yes, we do and we will try our best to make it in time. Please mention the date you need on the note to seller during check out session.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Enlexx wood watches are shipped all over the world.
How long will the shipping of my wooden watch or other product from Enlexx take?
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for a detailed overview of the shipping times per country. If the delivery time of a specific product varies, then we will show that on the specific product page. Please note engravements take 2 extra processing days before the order can be shipped out.
Is sales tax charged?
All customers are not charged sales tax.
Can I use multiple gift cards (Or coupon codes) on a single order?
We do not allow multiple gift cards or coupon codes to be used on a single order.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station or P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship to APO, FPO or P.O. boxes.

Must be returned with original wooden box packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit. Please note gifts must be returned together with the original order to receive a full product refund on your order.

Is it safe to order from Enlexx?
Yes it is safe with Enlexx. We protect you from checkout to delivery and use the latest anti-fraud technology to help spot problems before they happen. We never reveal your financial info to sellers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept every major credit and debit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also you can check out via Paypal (Note: once you choose Paypal, you don't need to have a Paypal account, just simply enter your credit card information).
How can I pay with a voucher or gift card?
Our gift cards are in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format and can be entered as a numerical code directly in the "Enter Gift Card Code" field at the checkout. You can use it as an alternative payment method to complete your order.
Our gift cards are only redeemable in our online shop. We don't think that's a disadvantage – on the contrary: here you have the largest selection of all our models and can take as much time as you want to browse! :)

Each Enlexx wooden watch has undergone multiple tests to ensure durability and quality. From the date of delivery, your Enlexx wooden watch is warranted for one year. Within this period, your Enlexx wooden watch can be eligible for repairs as outlined in our terms & conditions.

If you have feedback or a complaint about your product or our service, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@enlexx.com. Our customer service team will review your message and try to resolve any issues to everyone's satisfaction. Please do not forget to state your order number if you have one.

What is the warranty offered on Enlexx wooden watch products?
Each Enlexx wooden watch product is made with an eye on quality, including the materials that are used to make your product. Before a product is shipped, it has undergone multiple tests to ensure the highest possible quality and workmanship. From the date of delivery, the product is warranted for a period of no longer than two years.
This limited warranty is only valid if the product is used in accordance with the care and operating instructions. Any damage due to abnormal usage and wear and tear, are not covered by this warranty. Moreover, Enlexx wooden watch is not responsible for any loss or damage connected to the use of its products, nor for the life of the battery. The battery of a Enlexx wooden watch is easily replaceable at home.
